✨ Guinness World Records holder… what?! 😲 Yes, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 just happened, and I’m still taking it all in.

But here’s the thing... This isn’t just about big numbers or breaking records.

It’s about 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.
It’s about the 𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 coaching conversation can shift a mindset, spark a decision, or change the course of someone’s perspective. Multiply that by thousands and imagine the possibilities.

It’s been incredible to be part of EZRA’s journey since 2019, and such an honour to coach in this record-breaking global program with Microsoft, supporting nearly 5,000 individuals across 80 countries to grow as leaders.

Coaching with this phenomenal community of coaches has been humbling, heartening, and deeply inspiring.
