Hi! I'm Ami Au-Yeung, a career coach and educator supporting professionals in Toronto, Ontario.
I'm fascinated by human behaviour and its motivations, and began my career in Human Resources while working towards a Master’s degree in HR management. I possess a unique understanding of the challenges and rewards of career transition. As a career coach, I offer expert guidance to others drawn from my studies and personal experience.
During my tenure at Ontario Power Generation, I delivered more than ten organizational development programs. I currently teach at George Brown College using a customized curriculum and develop program policies and training as a member of the Toronto campus Business Faculty.
Throughout my career, I have discovered that the best results are achieved through a process of self-discovery, goal-oriented thinking, and a receptiveness to new ideas. A tailored approach built around each client’s unique needs -- through which they identify their strengths, values, and personality DNA -- is the foundation of my practice.
My personal passions have shaped my professional life. Martial arts and yoga have taught me discipline, dedication, and the value of effort. And as a veteran traveller, I seek out new environments and experiences and use them to challenge my beliefs and values.
